A $500.00 reservation deposit and a signed contract are required to reserve the facility.

The reservation deposit is applied towards the rental fee.

Any Renter who cancels thirty (30) or fewer days after making a reservation for an event shall be refunded all deposit fees in full.

Any Renter who cancels thirty-one (31) or more days after booking an event date shall forfeit deposit fees.
-
Balance of the rental fee and a $500.00 refundable damage along a $250.00 cleaning fee are due 30 days prior the event date.

Rental period includes decoration and removal time.

Any Events with more of 100 attendees or where alcohol beverages are served, needs the presence of security personnel/ uniform Officer.
